With nearly a decade of financial services experience, John has in-depth knowledge of ETF trends, flows and trade ideas, which he uses to raise awareness of product offerings. He is known for his diligence and affable approach when fielding inquiries and values building strong relationships to support advisors and portfolio managers. John has obtained several designations from the Canadian Securities Institute and advocates for lifelong learning through mentorship or training. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Minor in Economics and Finance, from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, and an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
